Shipping:
- $7 Flat rate.
- Orders are processed and shipped out within 2 business days.
- FREE local pickup is available in Charles Town, WV.
- FREE local delivery available on orders over $50 within an 8 mile radius.
Returns:
- $5 Flat rate.
- Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item.
- Returns are eligible for store credit only.
- Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged Items:
- Please inspect your package as soon as you receive it.
- Customers must notify us of any damages within 3 days of receipt, to initiate the exchange.
- Refunds on damaged items will only be issued if replacement item is no longer in stock.
